Sandy (Breathe With Sandy) and Alex King-Harris (Rara Avis) are both composers, performers, and breathwork facilitators. They share the stage as a blended, harmonized duo — producing music, playing live instruments, and guiding the breath together as one integrated practice.

Each evening opens with a cacao ceremony, followed by live music and guided breathwork, with time to arrive, land together, and connect afterwards.
