Include these details

  • Account email address.
  • Device and platform: iPhone, Android, web, Mac, Windows, or browser.
  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
  • Screenshot, screen recording, order receipt, or error message if relevant.
  • For billing issues, say whether you paid through the website, Apple App Store, or Google Play.

Billing and subscriptions

Website subscriptions are managed through our billing portal when available. Apple App Store and Google Play purchases must be changed or canceled through the same store account used for purchase.

Privacy and legal requests

For account deletion, data access, privacy, or legal questions, contact us at the same email and include the account email connected to your request.
